$10 flat rate shipping on all orders in Australia (Free Shipping Australia-wide on all orders until December 25 2023- use code FREE23.
For overseas shipping, please contact our team directly and provide your address. We’ll be happy to send you a quote for delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
In-Store pick-up is available between 8 am - 8 pm, 7 days a week from Paramount House Hotel reception: 80 Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010
Shipping times depend on your location. Once shipped, you will receive tracking from our delivery service via email. Domestic shipping generally takes 2-8 business days.
RETURNS:
Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, the items can’t be returned.
For returned products, we offer the option of exchange for the full value or full refund. Refund doesn’t include shipping cost. We can’t emit credits for the full or partial value of the products returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Any shipping cost for returns has to be covered by the purchaser. Deliveries must be addressed to

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items:

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
